Placed an order in late May that ended up getting lost in transit. Between talking to customer service and Route’s customer service, i was a bit worried i wouldn't ever receive my items. BUT, customer service was very friendly and helpful. My order reshipped and arrived very fast. Happy with the products

I been dealing with Vapor Authority a few times now. All my orders was shipped so very fast. Always got what I ordered. But my last order was like no other. I could not finish my order due to not getting a 10% off code to work. Then out of no where I get an e-mail from Cameron R. asking me if I was having a problem with the order and asking to help. So I was wondering if he would really help. I sent him an e-mail back stating I could not get the code to work on the check out page for the 10% off. Now keep in mind, the time was almost up for the 10% off and I really wanted it cuz I wanted to get 4 high end battery's. Not long after that I get a return e-mail saying no worry's, just finish your order and Vapor Authority will send me a refund for the 10% back to my bank. Now the order was not much. These battery's was 9.99 each and that is a very good price for the battery's I run. So I added 2 packs of coils to the order and placed it. The very next day I get an e-mail from Cameron R. stating that he did go over my order and he did refund the 10% back to my bank. Sure enough, my bank did have that 10% back in the account. Now lets keep this real. He did not have to do it. But he did come to me on his own without me asking for help. He also took the time to look into it and to refund the 10%. I don't know about you all, but this is the first time I ever had a company asking to help me save money and then really doing what they said they would do. I would be a fool not to use them after that. To me they are down to earth people and they are honest and what they did shows me that the customer comes first. Cameron R., I know you did not have to do what you did for me. But you did do it and you put your time into doing this. Thank you so very much. I am so very glad that you did reach out to me offering to help. I never had that done before and it did shock me. Again, Thank You for your time into this matter.

I just found their website and everything I could not find anywhere else was here. I had been ordering from two different competitors sites to find what I needed but now I can order from just Vapor Authority. Everything from ordering to receipt was fast, seamless and courteous. Placed an order March 19th. Was instructed to download and install the "Route" app to track my order. I wasted time doing this. After 6 days there was no packaged being delivered. I reached out via email and got a response from Adam S. who informs me that risk factor analysis cancelled my order. I responded asking what that was about and what I needed to do in order to place my order and got no response. It would have been nice to get a notification that my order was cancelled and why. I am 49 yrs old. I've been ordering from vape companies for many years. I have never met one that wasn't happy to fill orders until this. Waste of time.

I always have a positive experience working with Vapor Authority. I receive personalized assistance whenever needed. Outstanding customer service with outstanding communication. Any particular need you might have, they are there to help you. Honestly a rarity when ordering on line. Top notch. Must Check them out.

I ordered a mod kit and spare coils. They enclosed a thank you card as well. Anyone who isn't happy about shipping taking longer than they hoped or expected, should complain directly to USPS,UPS, FedEx etc. Also complain to your local, state and federal government. They are the ones to blame. They are the ones controlling it. They want and plan to ban vaping. Get off your butts and tell your Reps where you stand. Be an adult.
